VIBE does not start in September. A series of build days and hackathons through the summer brings the community together early, and it keeps going long after the day is over.

Before you ask.
Who is VIBE for?
Founders, operators, engineers, and investors building on Vancouver Island, plus the institutions with real problems to solve. Roughly a third technical builders, two thirds capital and operators.
How do tickets work?
Seats are limited and by application. We curate the room so the mix stays right, which means not every application becomes a ticket.
What is the format?
Keynotes, curated industry tracks, hands-on workshops, a hackathon, and a startup competition. The full format is being finalized, and it is built around meeting the right people rather than sitting in one room all day.
Where is it held?
In Victoria, British Columbia. Specific venues are confirmed closer to the event.
Is there a virtual option?
VIBE is built around being in the room in person. We may stream select keynotes, but the value is the people you meet, not the livestream.
What are the pre-events?
